Senior Event Manager
- Exhibit space includes 3′ x 6′ table and two chairs.
- Please do not ship any boxes or equipment more than 24 hours before the event or a storage fee will be assessed. If you need storage services, coordinate with the hotel. Download the Shipping Instructions for full details.
- The hotel charges nominal handling fees for inbound packages and outbound shipping services are available. Download the Shipping Form for details.
- If you need electrical service or have other AV requirements, please order directly from the hotel. Download the hotel AV Equipment Request form for services available.
- All requests must be made directly to the hotel no later than August 28.
- Exhibitor set-up: all day September 11 — must be complete by 5:00 pm
- Exhibitor hall opening & poster session: Sept. 11, 5:30 – 7:30 pm
- Main Conference: Registration starts Sept 12, 7:00 am & sessions run til 6:00 pm. Registration starts Sept 13, 7:00 am & sessions run til 4:00 pm. Exhibitors may start breaking down at that time.
- Exhibits must be broken down no later than 8:00 pm on Sept 13.
